职位描述： 1. 2012、2013年毕业的海外留学归国人员； 2. 学历：本科（含）以上学历； 3. 如之前有工作经验，要求全职工作年限不超过1年； 4. 优秀的英语听说读写能力，良好的语言表达能力； 5. 优秀的、持续的学习能力，渴望成功的、持续的激情； 6. 优秀的沟通、协调能力及团队意识，优秀的适应及抗压能力； 7. 具有敏锐的洞察力、清晰的逻辑思路、独特的视角； 8. 在校期间有跨国公司实习、海外交流项目、学生会或社团等经历优先；

Training methods and duration: A2-year training programme aims to give high-calibre youths good insight intoreal society, and deep understanding of management. Management trainees will beallocated to experienced mentors who are usually senior managers. During thetime, trainees will have opportunities to work with various departments of NewOriental institutions across the country. Through one-on-one tutorial, fieldvisits, and practical work, management trainees will broaden horizon, enhancewell-rounded capabilities, and improve both hard and soft skills. Upon completionof the training, excellent trainees will be retained and hired at manageriallevel within New Oriental. The individual requirements: · Overseas graduates with minimum of Bachelor’sdegree; · Fluency in both Chinese and English; · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; · Familiarity with eastern and western cultures; · Great capabilities of team work and individualwork; · Good attention to details; · High self-motivation and initiative; · No more than one year of post-graduation work experience(If applicable).
