Thanks very much for the people who are interested in this house.

Some people want to know more information regarding to the bus. The house is on the University bus route 360 (A/C), and city centre bus 10. Very frequently and does not have traffic jam. the bus stop is 3 min away from the house by walking. The bus 360 is not so busy as bus 12, however if you wish to take bus 12/11, is about 8 min walking distance.

I am the landlord SilyLily, as forget the password for previous account I have to register a new account. A year has past quickly, now the room is back to the Market, it will be available from beginning of June. The rent is the same as last year, 400pounds/ month including all the utility bills (include council tax).

Now there is a direct bus W7 run from the bus stop to the University campus, only takes 10mins!

Hi, We are Chinese. I have to type in English just because I don't have chinese input on my computer. I would prefer a chinese lodger as we have the same culture and similar life style, thus better communication and deep understanding.I hope the lodger is not just a people living together with me, but a close friend or even a family.
