现有一个带后花园的2个房间的房子出租，房子地址是：Lyndale road CV5 8AQ房东华威大学的老师，人很好说话。因为房东现在在泰国，所以让我帮忙租房；我现在租了房东的另外一套房子。
具体房子的介绍如下：
it is a smart modern semi detached partly furnished two bedroom house, with rear garden and drive way. It close to Sainsbury supermarket, and close to No 10 bus stop to city centre, just slightly far from the University while with walking distance to 12 bus stop and Canley train station (easy travel to Birmingham, airport or London). It is also close to medical center and school. The house has brand new boiler installed this Apr and very energy efficient, and I shall buy a new wash machine as well. But there are no bed/table in the bedrooms, one of the bedroom has walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom, there is a electric shower apart from the bathtub and washing basin.
房租是：￡525 per month
Room one with walk-in wardrobe：￡275 per month
Room two：￡250 per month房租不包括bills，bills由租的人分摊，大概￡50每人每月。
Deposit：one and a half months rent
可以8月底或9月份初搬进去，然后签一年的contract。
不需要通过中介，直接和房东签约，可以省去￡240甚至更多的中介费。
因为房间里没有配置床和桌子，所以房子的价格是可以稍微商量的。
