Marketing Development and Operation: a.Answering queries and preparing proposals (International project plan, touritineraries, contract, report etc.） for clients; b.Making promotional leaflets and marketing via network, telephone, internet etc. c.Liaisoning with loyal clients, partners such as golf clubs, hotel chains whiledeveloping new customers and partners. d.Completing all schedules in each tour or project (e.g. welcome letter, bookingconfirmation, allocation of vehicle and tour guides). e.SUpervising tour guides, drives and business representatives. II. Organisation support: a.Travel: arrangements as well as business preparation with Marketing Director. b.Calendar management. c.Cover during Marketing Director absence. d.Other tasks relevant to business needs.
